BOOKING POLICY

• Guests are required to pay 50% advance at the time of booking.

• Please share your Payment transfer receipt by whatsapp or email for booking confirmation.

• Balance amount before check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•    Cancellation requests will only be taken via email. You can call to discuss.

•    Cancellation before  20 days from check in date 100% of advance amount is refundable.

•   Cancellation between 10 to 20 days from check in 50% of the amount is refundable.

•    Cancel between 10 days  from check in date- NO REFUND.

•    NOTE- transaction charges of the bank will be deducted.

•   Our terms and policy are subject to change without prior notice.

TERM & CONDITIONS

We (M/s Hobbit Hamta) consider that you accept our terms and policies by default if you have made reservations with us, or visited us.

• We strongly do not recommend kids under 5 yrs or elderly visiting our property throughout the year.

• We also advise against bringing kids aged 5+ senior citizens and unfit  people  to our location. Our property is built in mountain terrain, and its 5-6 mins walking distance from road, some stairs to climb, path without railings. Moreover we are in a remote offbeat location. away from healthcare facilities in case any emergency arises.

However if you bring a child along you assume complete responsibility and risk for the child, and we shall not be liable for any injury or harm caused due to lack of adult supervision.  When you book for senior citizens you assume full responsibility and will not be liable for a refund.

• Check-in time at 2PM – Check-out 11AM.

•  Our geodesic domes have a loft bed installed without railings for relaxation and  picturesque purposes . Access to these areas followed by alcohol consumption is banned. Any body found doing so understands  the risk involved and assumes full liability for their action.

• Parents will be responsible for their kids while using the loft bed and playing around.

• Guests will be liable to pay any expenditures relevant if any thing is found to be damaged or missing from the room.From outdoors or common assets, the guest found to have damaged the asset will be liable to reimburse for  the same.

• SMOKING given the abundance of fresh air let’s safeguard our lungs, refrain from smoking in your room for safety reasons and to prevent lingering odours

• Embrace the tranquillity of our surroundings and indulge in the soothing sound of silence ,we kindly request that guests refrain from playing loud music to preserve this peaceful ambiance..

•   Kindly Note that bag carriage charges are 100/- bag or suitcase.

    We reserve the right to cancel a booking based on inevitable circumstances , for which the guest will be refunded in full.
